Donetsk, Dec 30 – DAN. Kiev authorities did not give back the documents to 15 people released to DPR and LPR, said DPR ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
"At the latest meeting in Minsk the Ukrainian side promised to provide the people released with IDs and acts of pardon. But three out of 10 returned to DPR have no IDs."
On December 29th Ukraine set free 15 residents of DPR and LPR, including eight men and seven women, some of them seriously ill.*ot
