Donetsk, May 15 — DAN. Ukrainian artillery fire has caused partial electricity and Internet outages in four district of Donetsk, the local mobile service provider reported.
“The artillery strike at Donetsk and subsequent partial power outages in the Leninsky, Voroshilovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Kievsky districts of the city provoked the degradation of voice communication service and 3G/4G batch data transmission, ” the Phoenix wireless provider reported. “Repairs are underway to stabilize the telecommunication service.”
Residents of the above districts reported partial electricity outages. Preliminary reports said that a projectile had hit an electrical substation.*jk
