Donetsk, Jul 27 — DAN. Ukrainian forces fired on 17 townships in DPR on Wednesday. DAN presents its evening news summary.

Fighting and victims
First sounds of Ukrainian shells exploding were heard in the DPR at 4 a.m.
The enemy used MLRS, artillery, tanks and mortars to target Donetsk, Yasinovataya, Gorlovka, and neighbouring townships.
Four civilians were killed, at least seven others sustained injuries.
At least 10 residential houses sustained damage, as well as a boarding school. Almost 150 households were left without gas supply.
Water supply to Donetsk, Yasinovataya, Makeyevka was interrupted.
Yasinovataya went completely off the grid.
At around noon, power supply to the Lidyevka mine was interrupted, trapping five miners underground. At 2:15 p.m. the power supply was temporarily restored, and the miners were brought to safety.
A company of the 10th mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian armed formations was destroyed, as well as militants of the Black Sotnya, a command centre of the 53rd mechanized brigade, four command-observation posts of the 54th mechanized brigade, 17th tank brigade, and 107th territorial defence brigade. Eight ammunition depots were destroyed outside Mayorsk and Seversk, as well as a number of UAVs and MLRS batteries and artillery platoons.
Humanitarian situation
A regular cargo ferry line was launched to connect Yeysk and Mariupol, one ferry will make one round trip a day.
The Khabarovks Krai is to assist Debaltsevo, which it curates, to repair 15 roads and four municipal properties, the Debaltsevo administration Head Igor Zakharevic said. The Russian region will also supply a batch of 20 pieces of equipment for communal services companies.
Another group of medics from the Tula Oblast has been dispatched to Mariupol.
Other news
The DPR and Belorussia have plenty of opportunities of mutually beneficial cooperation, the DPR Head Denis Pushilin said during his work visit to the Brest Oblast.
He also said that the time had come to liberate Russian cities founded by Russians: Kiev, Chernigov, Poltava, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Lutsk.
July 27 in the DPR marks the Remembrance Day for Child Victims of the Donbass War, that has been raging since 2014. A number of memorial ceremonies took place across the Republic.
In Moscow, balloons with images of cranes were unleashed into the sky as part of a rally at the DPR Square in the memory of killed children. Many people brought toys and flowers to a make-shift memorial.
At least 130 children in Donbass have been lost to war since 2014, more than 500 injured. *ot
