JCCC reports decrease in Ukraine's ceasefire violations

Donetsk, Aug 17 – DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire four times over the past 24 hours, firing 14 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Friday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire four times expending 14 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

Yasinovataya, Dokuchayevsk, Kominternovo were targeted with 82mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers (AGS) and small arms.

Two houses were damaged in Dokuchayevsk.

On the previous day, the JCCC reported 39 rounds fired at the DPR.

Rounds under 12.7mm caliber are not included in this report.*ot
