Donetsk, Oct 10 - DAN. Russian army representatives at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) helped negotiate a ceasefire for the period of repairs of key infrastructure facilities in the contact line area outside Yasinovataya and in the town of Dokuchayevsk, a DPR military source told Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“The Donetsk People’s Republic has provided security guarantees for repairs of vital infrastructure facilities in the vicinity of the contact line outside Yasinovaya and in Dokuchayevsk,” the officer said.
“The accord was reached with the assistance of Russian representatives at JCCC,” he said. “The ceasefire is essential to repair power lines in Donetsk Water Treatment Plant area, an electric substation atf the Dokuchayevsk Flux and Dolomite Works and a backup power line which will supply electricity to Dokuchayevsk.
According to the source, repairs will take place in Dokuchayevsk area on 3-29 October and in Yasinovataya area on 9-30 October. Repairs will commence after both sides have provided security guarantees. Kiev has not provided them as yet.*jk
