House, vehicle take direct hits as Ukrainian gunmen shell Zaitsevo - Prikhodko

Donetsk, Oct 18 - DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled the Zaitsevo village in northern Gorlovka on Thursday afternoon, damaging a house, town administration head Ivan Prikhodko said.

“The house and a vehicle at 22 Rybalko Street took direct hits,” Prikhodko said.

There were no casualties, he added.

A team of the Donetsk People’s Republic Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination went to the scene to update information on the aftermath of the shelling.

Earlier reports said that Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 26 times over 24 hours, firing 198 rounds at the DPR territory. *jk
