Donetsk, Apr 21 — DAN. Ten ‘Eternal Flame’ memorials will be connected to gas supply networks in the Donetsk People’s Republic this year, DPR government Deputy Chairperson Larisa Tolstykina said on Friday.
“Due to large-scale construction and related costs, ten ‘Eternal Flame’ memorials will be connected to gas supply networks in the settlements of Kirovskoye, Starobeshevo, Komsomolskoye, Telmanovo, Torez, Volnovakha, Volodarskoye, Mangush, Urzuf and Mironovsky, ’ Tolstykina told the Donetsk News Agency.
The memorials in the above settlements need inlet pipes with a total length of more than one kilometer, she added.
Earlier reports said that the DPR planned to resume gas supply to all ‘Eternal Flame’ memorials in the Republic by 2025.*jk
