Donetsk, Jun 15 - DAN. Eight houses, a boarding school and a gas pipe were damaged as Kiev forces shelled Donetsk’s Kievskiy, Petrovskiy and Kuibyshevskiy districts and Gorlovka outskirts at night, said local administrations and DPR Operations Command.
“Ukrainian army shelled Trudovskiye neighbourhood damaging boarding school No 3 in Krasnogorovskaya Street where 40 children live. The shelling also damaged windows of three houses in Sokolovskogo Street while a house in Amudaryinskaya Street took a direct hit and burnt down. Six streets in the neighbourhood were left without gas supply as a munition round punctured a gas pipe, Petrovskiy district deputy administration head Sergey Chub said.
Kievskiy district administration head Valentin Levchenko said Tochmash factory premises had come under fire. In northern Gorlovka’s Golmovskiy neighbourhood, windows in seven apartments at 21 Zagorodnaya Street were damaged by shelling, acting town administration head Ivan Prikhodko said.
DPR Operations Command reported shelling damage to three houses in Zoologicheskaya Street in Zastantsionniy neighbourhood, Kuibyshevskiy district.
On Wednesday evening, a civilian was wounded in Donetsk’s Kievskiy district shelling.*jk
