Donetsk, Jun 20 - DAN. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has filed 1,436 complains from Donbass civilians who suffered during Kiev’s offensive against the region, member of the public commission for recording Kiev war crimes Sergey Yefremov told a news conference at Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“As of today, our specialists have drawn and sent to the European Court of Human rights 1,436 complaints from DPR residents who suffered as a result of Ukrainian authorities’ crimes,” Yefremov said.
ECHR has filed all the statements, he added.
The public commission for recording Kiev’s war crimes in Donbass began to work in the autumn of 2015. It includes specialists in various fields, such as law and criminal investigation.
Meanwhile, DPR also has a special commission with similar functions at work, established at DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko’s order.*jk
