Donetsk, Aug 10 - DAN. DPR authorities have restored more than 7,000 damaged residential houses since the Donbass conflict broke out,” DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko said on Thursday.
“The figure I’m going to name is staggering: there are more than 7,000 restored houses in the Republic,” Zakharchenko said on the occasion of Construction Workers Day.
He also said that 134 new houses had been built since fighting broke out in DPR territory.
DPR Construction and Housing and Utilities Minsiter Sergey Naumets told reporters that as of now the country had more than 26,000 houses damaged or ruined in shelling by Ukrainian forces.*jk
