Donetsk, Nov 21 – DAN. Yasinovataya section of Donetsk water treatment plant was put back into operation today after it was knocked out by Kiev strikes two days ago.

"Donetsk water treatment plant resumed operation under normal conditions," DPR Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities said.

Public utility company Donbass Water confirmed that Donetsk water treatment plant was re-launched at 1.40 p.m.

"All customer are to receive water soon," the company said.

DPR Command deputy commander Colonel Eduard Basurin earlier said that power transmission lines were damaged on November 20th by Kiev forces strikes, causing power outage to Yasinovataya  section of Donetsk water treatment plant and disrupting water supply to Yasinovataya and Avdeevka (currently under Ukrainian armed forces control), putting at risk water supply to Donetsk, Elenovka and Dokuchaevsk.
