Donetsk, Apr 9 – DAN. DPR public utilities have removed over 180 improvised dumps across the Republic as cold weather gave way to spring temperatures, said the principal deputy minister of construction and public utilities Vitaliy Kizhayev.
"This year, as weather conditions ameliorated, 183 improvised dumps have been removed across the Republic, 4.5 thousand cubic tons of waste have been hauled away."
On March 31, the first all-DPR community service day of this year, Subbotnik, joined 70 thousand people in effort to clean streets and parks.
Currently a traditional two-months-improvement public campaign is in place; Subbotniks are scheduled for April 21 and May 5. *ot
