Donetsk, Feb 7 - DAN. A criminal case has been filed over the shelling of Donetsk on February 5, the Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office said on Monday.
“The case over the crime covered by DPR Criminal Code Article 229, Part 2 (act of terror) was filed against Ukrainian army 56th Marine Brigade commander Sergey Sirchenko and his subordinates,” the PGO said.
A garage unit in the garage cooperative at 5a Novorossiiskaya Street in Donetsk’s Kiev district was damaged in mortar fire. City mayor Alexey Kulemzin said that three cars had also been damaged in the strike. *jk
