Donetsk, Jan 31 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office initiated criminal proceedings against Ukrainian army 54th Separate Mechanised Brigade commander Alexey Maistrenko, the PGO press service reported on Monday.
“The PGO is investigating a criminal case against Ukrainian army 54th Mechanised Brigade commander Alexey Maistrenko and his subordinates over the commission of an act of terror in the DPR territory,” prosecutor said. “Criminal proceedings were opened under DPR Criminal Code Article 229, Part 2, sub items “a” and “c.”
PGO personnel are currently gathering evidence.
