Donetsk, Jul 15 – DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office opened criminal case against a senior Ukrainian army commander complicit in the Dokuchayevsk civilian casualty incident, the PGO press service said.
“The commander of the Ukrainian 35th separate marine brigade Ivan Palas ordered Dokuchayevsk shelling with small arms.” As a result of the attack, a civilian has been injured to his leg at the 3 Vatutina street, app. No 19.
The incident took place on July 13. A large caliber bullet hit the man’s hip as he was at a balcony. He has been rescued by medics who arrived promptly.
Criminal case is opened under Art.229 s.2, p. a, c (Terrorist Attack).*ot
