Donetsk, Oct 30 – DAN. DPR notary publics have registered 3,600 purchase and sale agreements and gift agreements since the beginning of 2017, said the Ministry of Justice.
"Since the beginning of 2017, DPR notary publics have certified 3,153 immovable property purchase and sale agreements and 466 of immovable property gift agreements," the press service said.
To register an agreement concerning property, one should register a certificate for property, a title of property and receive an ownership certificate. An object of an agreement should be evaluated and the deal should be registered with notary public. Finally, purchaser should register the title of property.
In 2016, notary publics registered 633 immovable property purchase and sale agreements. *ot
