Donetsk, Oct 31 - DAN. DPR notaries have performed more than 142,000 notarial deeds since the beginning of this year, the Republic’s Justice Ministry press service told Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“The Ministry collects and generalises data on notarial deeds performed in DPR, as part of analytical survey,” the press service said. “Notaries have carried out 142,399 deeds in 2017.”
DPR residents most often turn to notaries for certification of documents, letters of attorney, wills and extracts, authentication of signatures on documents, issue of inheritance rights certificates and drawing of inheritance rights. Notaries issued ownership rights certificates in 13,116 inheritances cases they had filed, the Ministry said.
The first DPR-issue notarial certificates were available from 1 October 2015; the first notaries began de facto performance of their duties on 14 October 2015. As of now, DPR has 67 notaries offering services.*jk
