Donetsk, Feb 21 – DAN. DPR and LPR will set up administrative service centres as part of the humanitarian programme to reconsolidate Donbass people, acting DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova said at Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“Special welfare and administrative service centres will be set up in the areas of four DPR and LPR crossing points, at a safe distance from the contact line. The centres will operate under one-stop-shop principle, “ Nikonorova said.
Residents of Kiev-controlled Donbass areas can visit these centres to receive a consultation, make an appointment with a doctor, request assistance or explore the opportunities provided by the humanitarian programme.
On 17 February, the DPR and LPR leaders approved a programme of humanitarian assistance for compatriots living in Kiev-controlled part of Donbass. The main objective of the programme is to provide financial and medical assistance and educational services to vulnerable groups.*jk
