Donetsk, Mar 15 – DAN. DPR opens four offices for one-time payments to the WWII veterans living in Kiev-controlled territories of Donetsk region, said the head of financial services department of Donbass Post Denis Neudachin.
"The four offices for one-time payments to the WWII veterans have been launched. We care both for veterans living here and on the opposite side of the contact line," he said.
The offices opening hours are available on Donbass Post website. The payments can be made in Rubles or in Hryvna upon request.
"The post offices where payments are made have been chosen from those closest to the contact line. Mobile centers will soon be open at the crossing points," Neudachin said.
The requests for payments can be files in four offices of Donbass Post – in Donetsk, Gorlovka, Elenovka and Krasnoarmeiskoye.
On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads approved the humanitarian aid program aimed to assist people living in Kiev-controlled territories. The main objective is to provide financial aid and educational assistance to vulnerable social groups. On February 21 the program was officially presented to public; hotlines and websites associated with the program were launched. *ot
