Donetsk, Jun 23 – DAN. DPR Justice Ministry started accepting applications to the European Court of Human Rights from residents of the Kiev-controlled territories, within the framework of the humanitarian program for Donbass reunification.

"Every Donbass resident can address Centers for social aid and administrative services at Elenovka, Mayorsk, Oktyabr and Aleksandrovka checkpoints to file a complaint with the ECtHR if they don't receive social payments or face any other violations of rights."

The Ministry said it also provides consultations and can accept such complaints. Centers of administrative services also provide information on lawyers, property rights registration, birth and death certificates, divorces, execution of judgment, etc.

Free-of-charge consultations and assistance with documents can be provided to residents of Kiev-controlled territories by phone hot lines or via the website of the humanitarian program.

On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads approved the humanitarian aid program aimed to assist people living in Kiev-controlled territories. The main objective is to provide financial aid and educational assistance to vulnerable social groups. On February 21 the program was officially presented to people, hotlines and websites associated with the program were launched. *ot
