Donetsk, Feb 4 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Information Ministry,whose channel was blocked on YouTube will restore it on a Russian video hosting, head of the department Igor Antipov told the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.
“We have a channel on Rutube we will restore today,” Antipov said. “We launched it earlier, but we had some technical problems.”
It is planned to make use of additional resources for providing access to requested information, such as the popular post-Soviet social media and messages VKontakte, Odnoklassiniki and Telegram, he added.
Earlier reports said that YouTube had blocked a number of DPR and LPR information channels. Donetsk said that YouTube did it at the demand of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. *jk
