Donetsk, Sep 20 – DAN. DPR Humanitarian Aid Program call-center has received 24 thousand requests since the end of April 2017, DPR minister of communications Victor Yatsenko said.

“Since April 27 to September 18 the hotline received 23,919 calls; 21,528 requests have been registered by the call-center. People are mostly interested in social benefits – 15,458 calls, health care – 3,217 calls, education – 1,364 calls.”

Experts of the Ministry of Communications provide tech support for the humanitarian program website, which has reached 106,148 views.

The unified call-center of the Humanitarian Aid Program was launched on April 26, 2017 as the number of requests to ministries participating in the program was very significant. *ot
