Donetsk, Aug 1 – DAN. The number of ceasefire violations by Ukrainian army has reduced due to large-scale inspections being carried out in the Ukrainian army.

"We do not exclude that the reduction in shelling incident numbers is connected to the inspections from Vostok (Ukraine) Operations Command arriving to units in the front zone to check personnel presence, their morale, accounting and storage of ammunition."

The Ukrainian army violated ceasefire once in the past 24 hours, while the previous day record showed 11 incidents.

A comprehensive ceasefire has not been reached in Donbass. This morning, the enemy targeted Spartak north of Donetsk with 82mm mortar rounds. Reportedly, the 56th separate infantry brigade under command of Igor Ivanov is responsible for the attack.

Dolomitnoye outside Gorlovka was targeted at around noon with 29 AGS rounds. *ot
