Donetsk, Dec 28 - DAN. DPR authorities plan to provide housing to all citizens who lost their homes during fighting, DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko said on Straight Talk television programme on Wednesday.
“We’re now taking stock of former dormitories or buildings that can be converted into housing in all towns, such as Shakhtyorsk, Torez etc.,” Zakharchenko said. “We have a housing programme which will run until the needy are accommodated in rebuilt homes or their equivalents.”
For example, DPR authorities renovated two ten-storey houses in central Donetsk to accommodate the tenants of a war-torn apartment building in Donetsk airport area, he said. *jk
