Donetsk, Aug 12 — DAN. DPR authorities are now accepting applications for compensations for property destroyed or damaged during the military action.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy told DAN that “starting on August 12, in accordance with the Decree of the State Defence Committee No 175 dated July 30, 2022, applications for compensation for lost and damaged property, as well as for loss of essential property by persons affected by hostilities are being accepted.”
The applications must be filed with designated commissions established by local administrations across the Republic.
The DPR authorities pledged to allocate 35,000 roubles for a sq m of damaged property to finance purchasing or building of new housing. Compensations of 6,000 roubles are to be allocated for housing overhaul. *ot
