Donetsk, Oct 7 — DAN. Donetsk is fully prepared for the heating season thanks to the support provided by Moscow, DPR government deputy chairman Yevgeny Solntsev said on Friday.
“Thanks to the support from Moscow, Donetsk has been fully prepared for the winter, ” Solntsev said. “Russian specialists helped us repair roofs and windows and fill up the heat supply lines with water.”
Earlier reports said that the Republic’s public utilities sector was 98 percent ready for the heating season
Moscow pledged to help rebuild the cities of Donetsk and Lugansk. On Thursday, Moscow handed over 168 public utility vehicles to Donetsk as part of the assistance.*jk
