Donetsk, Jun 1 — DAN. The film Donbass.Children will be shown as part of the celebrations of International Day for Protection of Children in 12 foreign states, the press service of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) said on Thursday.

The film, produced by Tatyana Borshch, will be screened in Belarus, Israel, India, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Lebanon, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Cuba and Sri Lanka. It has already been presented to viewers in Bulgaria, Egypt and Zambia. The film show is a joint project of Rossotrudnichestvo and RT Documentary.

The premiere took place in September 2022. The film tells about the terrible daily routine of Donbass residents amid constant shelling, deaths of children, mined toys and graves in house yards. Children and adults recall what they had to go through and the help from the Russian military, and share their plans for a peaceful future.*jk
