Donetsk, Feb 8 - DAN. Some 300 war-damaged houses and social infrastructure facilities have been restored in Dokuchayevsk, deputy town administration head Ruslan Dolbachev told Donetsk News Agency.
“As of today, Dokuchayevsk has restored 268 houses, eight apartment houses and 13 social infrastructure facilities damaged by Ukrainian forces strikes,” Dolbachev said.
The town plans to rebuild or repair about 230 buildings this year, he added.
Earlier reports said more than 500 houses and social infrastructure facilities had been damaged or ruined in Dokuchayevsk since the beginning of the Donbass conflict.
Dokuchayevsk is located south of Donetsk and has a population of some 21,000. The town and its outskirts regularly come under Ukrainian forces fire. Reports on the latest shelling came on Thursday morning.*jk
