Shakhtersk, May 8 – DAN. Around 15 thousand people joined the celebration of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory Day at a legendary Saur-Mogila tumulus in DPR Shakhterskiy district, including the DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko and DPR envoy to Minsk negotiations Denis Pushilin, WWII veterans.
A fair was organized for the guests, selling DPR-made goods with discounts. Singers were singing war-time songs, and the joyful mood couldn't be spoiled even by the rainy weather.
Police and medics were present at the event.
Shortly before the celebrations started, several explosions hit Saur-Mogila tumulus area. It turned out that up to ten bombs had been installed along the road, six of them went off. Zakharchenko said Ukraine was behind the attack. There were no casualties. *ot
