Donetsk, Apr 6 – DAN. A comprehensive discussion of another stage of a large-scale POW swap did not happen at the latest Contact Group meeting in Minsk on April 4, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
"The prisoner swap subject was not discussed in full, as Kiev's representatives officially said that Ukraine's authorities have no coordinated position on the issue," she said.
She added the key issues of the agenda remained unsettled after the meeting.
In mid-March, Morozova said that the humanitarian group's work was almost blocked due to the absence of authorized and competent experts on the Ukrainian side. In late March she said that the DPR had received no new proposition on the prisoner exchange from Kiev.
Another round of the Minsk talks took place on April 4. The next meeting is scheduled for April 18. *ot
