Over 280 people have attended adoptive parents training organized by the State Service of Families and Children Affairs, the Ministry of Trade and Social Policy reported.
"Since the training was launched, over 18 courses for 281 people who wanted to adopt orphans or children deprived of parental care, have been organized."
In 2017, 97 people attended six trainings, organized in cooperation with the Republican resource centres for phycological aid in educational institutions. Anyone is eligible for the training.
The first group began their parental education in June 2015. On July 19, the first child was adopted in the DPR. As of today, 171 children have found new families.*ot
