Donetsk, Oct 17 — DAN. Medical rehabilitation was provided to 12,299 special military operation (SVO) participants in the first eight months of this year, Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund Chairman Ilya Balanin said on Tuesday.
“According to the Fund’s branches, 12,299 people underwent rehabilitation at regional health organizations which reported 11, 077 outpatient visits, 1,726 cases of treatment at day patient facilities and 3,172 cases of treatment at round-the-clock inpatient facilities, ” Balanin said at a round table discussion at the Federation Council upper house of the Russian parliament.
A program of state guarantees for the next year is in the works. It will include the necessary amount of rehabilitation for SVO servicemen.*jk
