12 houses, 2 schools damaged as Ukrainian forces shell DPR

Donetsk, May 18 - DAN. At least 12 houses and two schools were damaged in the Donetsk People’s Republic in overnight shelling by Ukrainian forces, according to DPR Operations Command and local administrations reports.

“Two houses in Chernogorskaya Street were damaged in Trudovskiye neighbourhood. In northern Gorlovka’s Golmovskiy neighbourhood six houses and school N 77 were damaged, and another four houses sustained shelling damage in Krutaya Balka village, Yasinovatskiy district,” DPR Operations Command said.

Acting Gorlovka administration head Ivan Prikhodko told Donetsk News Agency that the building of the music school at 10 Sovetskaya Armiya Street in Golmovskiy neighbourhood had been damaged as well.

Overall, DPR recorded 45 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces over the past 24 hours.*jk
