Donetsk, Sep 21 — DAN. A new period of Donbass establishment will begin after its reunification with the Russian Federation, Donetsk People’s Republic Prime Minister Vitaly Khotsenko said on Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his video address that Russia would do everything for the referendum in the DPR, the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to be safe.
“Russian President Vladimir Putin has supported the decision of the people who made their choice and refused to acknowledge themselves as a part of anti-Russia, ” Khotsenko said. “The referendum will be the starting point for a new stage of Donbass establishment, this time as a part of the Russian Federation.”
On September 23-27, the Donetsk People’s Republic will hold the referendum over joining the Russian Federation. The DPR would reportedly use mixed voting.*jk
