DPR residents with Russian citizenship will have an option to travel to the Rostov region for free to vote in State Duma elections there, the director of the 357 Center Anna Gaivoronskaya said.
"Starting today, DPR information centers accept requests for free transfer. There are 255 such centers in addition to the Head's public offices and the 357 Center."
The centers register and process requests to announce the date and time of shuttle buses departures later.
Voters have to present DPR and Russian passports at a polling station.
Information centers are now open both on wee days and weekends.
The number of Russian passport holders in the Donetsk People’s Republic of the full legal age approximates 250,000, the DPR Interior Ministry’s Migration Service told the Donetsk News Agency.
Russia will hold the election to the 8th State Duma (parliament) on September 17-19, 2021. Russian citizens living in the Donbass Republics can vote online using the government services portal. Prior to voting they have to get their Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS). *ot
