Donetsk, Apr 13 - DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic representative in the Contact Group subgroup on political issues offered Ukraine three options to work with community activists, DPR representative in the subgroup Natalia Mikhailovka said on Tuesday.

“We voiced three options to break the deadlock,” Mikhailova said after the subgroup’s video conference earlier in the day.

She said that the first option envisions the presence of community representatives from both sides. Court rulings or any hearings against them shall be ignored for the sake of productive work. The second option excludes two public representatives, Maya Pirogova (DPR) and Denis Kazanskiy (Ukraine). The third option calls for the group to go on working without inviting public representatives or experts.

“Kiev rejected all our proposals without offering a single coherent argument,” Mikhailova said.

Earlier reports said that Ukraine had blocked the political subgroup talks as it was not willing to work with DPR community representatives.

Former Ukrainian deputy emergencies minister Vladislav Telichko and blogger Marya Pirogova are currently DPR community representative in the Minsk subgroup on political issues. LPR community representatives take part in the talks as well.*jk
