Donetsk, Aug 25 – DAN. The Ukrainian side disrupted the videoconference of the humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group today, said the DPR Ombudsman who represents the Republic in the Contact Group subgroup on humanitarian issues Daria Morozova.

"Representatives of the Ukrainian delegation disrupted the first meeting of the working group on humanitarian issues after a long summer break. As a result, the discussion on such important humanitarian topics as the exchange of detainees, the search for missing persons and the work of the checkpoint simply did not transpire," she said.

Morozva added that the Ukrainian negotiators "defiantly left the videoconference."

"This behavior is yet another proof that Kiev is not interested in constructive work. The Ukrainian authorities do not care either about the problems of living people or the memory of the dead. It seems that at the Minsk talks, Ukraine is working on a single goal - to aggravate the already dead-end negotiation situation." *ot
