“The budget will fund all rebuilding and development programs in the new regions, including the construction of road and utility infrastructure and repairs of water supply facilities, ” United Russia’s press service quoted Pakhomov as saying.
He said that an additional ten billion rubles was needed for area improvement and comfortable urban environment as part of the People’s Program implemented by the United Russia party.
In late September, the Russian government approved the federal budget draft for 2024-2026. Budget allocations for the socio-economic development program in the new territories will amount to 37.5 billion rubles in 2024.*jk
