Donetsk, Sep 22 – DAN. The Ukrainian side attempted to block the work of the security subgroup in Minsk on September 20 in connection with the presence of the DPR an LPR representatives in the JCCC at the talks, said the DPR envoy to the negotiations Denis Pushilin.
"The Ukrainian side attempted to block the work of the security subgroup in Minsk as we have invited the DPR an LPR representatives in the JCCC. Ukraine responded with a scandal and the work of the group was not efficient," he said.
Pushilin added that Kiev's representative in the JCCC was present at the meeting.
Another round of the Minkst talks tookplace on September 20 and yielded no substantial results. *ot
