Donetsk, Nov 22 – DAN. Ukraine must begin a transparent discussion on the conflict settlement and refrain from disingenuous statements, the DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova said, commenting on a statement by her Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba.
Kuleba alleged earlier that Russia is leading a hybrid war against the West and "hampers" the Normandy format. He also maintained that Russia is a side to the Ukrainian internal conflict.
"It seems that Kuleba's main goal is to claim the Champion of Fake-and-Disingenuous title. Otherwise, it is hard to account for his blatant desinformation, questionable to anyone who is at least tangentially aware of the Minsk process," she said.
Nikonorova urged Ukraine to refrain from spreading false allegations and unscrupulous statements calling Russian a side to the conflict. *ot
