Donetsk, Jan 16 – DAN. Prisoner exchange and joint efforts in searching missing persons are going to dominate the Minsk talks agenda this year, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
"Humanitarian subgroup shall focus on the prisoner exchange on the "all for all basis" and organization of joint search for persons gone missing,"
She said that the DPR stands for the soonest development of appropriate mechanisms.
Another important issue is the handover of documents to those liberated from Ukrainian captivity, who returned to the DPR and establishment of their legal status.
The DPR shall also insist on signing of the Declaration to condemn tortures and violence, sexual harassment and threats of violence used against detained in connection with the conflict.
"We announce that the DPR is open for dialog to bring peace to Donbass as soon as possible," she said.
The Contact Group is to meet in Minsk for another round of talks on January 17.*ot
