Donetsk, Mar 29 – DAN. Members of the Contact Group have started talks in Minsk, said DPR envoy to the negotiations Denis Pushilin's press secretary Viktoria Talakina.
"The meeting of the Contact Group has started," she said.
According to Talakina, the agenda comprises security situation along the contact line, full transport blockade of Donbass, prisoners swap.
During the previous meeting DPR reps insisted on adopting the operational guidelines for the Contact Group and its subgroups, all sides except for Ukraine provided their blueprints.
The situation along the contact line remains tense, damages to households are reported daily. During the previous night a civilian woman was killed in Kievskiy district of Donetsk by Kiev's artillery fire. *ot
