Kiev's reps absent from the humanitarian group meeting in Minsk - Morozova's office

Donetsk, Feb 13 – DAN. The members of the Contact Group's working group on humanitarian issues have embarked on talks in Minsk, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova's office.

"The meeting of the humanitarian group has started in Minsk. We plan to discuss POW swap, search for missing persons efforts," the statement said.

The office said that Kiev's authorized representatives are absent.

All four groups are expected to hold talks today, before the Contact Group wraps up the session. *ot
