Donetsk, Dec 24 - DAN. Ukraine has unilaterally excluded Donetsk People’s Republic supporters from prisoner exchange, the DPR representative to the Contact Group humanitarian subgroup, the Republic’s ombudswoman Darya Morozova told the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.

“Despite the accords reached at the video conference on Monday, Kiev has again violated the terms of the agreement,” Morozova said.

“Ignoring the communique signed after the "Normandy Four” summit which clearly stated the “all verified for all verified” formula, Ukraine unilaterally amended the list excluding DPR supporters from the exchange process,” she said in a statement received by DAN.

In her opinion, Kiev’s actions are inadmissible suggesting a deliberate attempt to derail the prisoner swap. “We firmly insist on Ukraine’s fulfilling all the guarantees fixed within the Minsk format and the final “Normandy Four” communique,” Morozova said.

A video conference over prisoner exchange took place on Monday. The participants reached an accord to carry out a prisoner exchange before the New Year. Earlier, the issue was repeatedly raised at the Donbass peace talks in Minsk.*jk
