Donetsk, Mar 9 – DAN. DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko approved a plan of actions to implement the humanitarian assistance programme for residents of Kiev-controlled part of Donbass.
“I hereby approve a plan of actions to implement the humanitarian programme for Donbass people reunification,” according to the document.
Acting DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova will supervise programme implementation. The document was signed on 1 March 2017 and came into force on the date of signing.
On 17 February DPR and LPR Heads Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitskiy launched the programme of humanitarian assistance for residents of Kiev-controlled part of Donbass. The key objective of the program is to provide financial, medical and educational assistance to socially vulnerable groups. A hotline and a website were launched to provide online consultations for residents in Kiev-held Donbass areas.*jk
