Donetsk, Apr 26 – DAN. Today's talks in Minsk revealed Ukrainian reps' complete incapability in terms of logics behind their own positions, said DPR acting foreign minister Natalia Nikonorova.
"Another round of talks in Minsk revealed Ukrainian reps' complete incapability in terms of respecting obligations, and simple logics behind their own positions."
Nikonorova said the mechanism of Donbass special status law enactment was considered by DPR as the key issue in implementing of the Minsk Agreements.
Ukraine still protracts the discussion of the law enactment and the talks, resorting to all possible means. *ot
