Donetsk, Nov 29 – DAN. DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova says that Ukraine should fix its road map for the implementation of the Minsk agreements to end the Minsk talks deadlock.
Ukraine's acting first deputy head of the delegation to the Minsk talks Andrey Kostin has recently spoken to the DOM TV channel and expressed regrets over "the vis-vis refusal to discuss the road map".
In her turn, Nikonorova scolded Kostin for tucking away the fact that 78 percent of the Ukrainian variant of the road map contradict the Minsk Agreements.
"If Ukraine is interested in the settlement of the conflict, not the imitation thereof, (it should) start harmonizing the unified road map with the Republics," she said.
The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, approved by the Contact Group in 2015, envisions a constitutional reform in Ukraine which must result in a deep decentralization. The special status of Donbass is a key principle of the political part of the Agreements. Kiev also must coordinate all of its decisions with DPR and LPR representatives. *ot
