Donetsk, Dec 21 – DAN. Representatives of Ukraine have not sent any lists for POW exchange to the DPR, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Contact Group Leonid Kravchuk said that Kiev allegedly handed over to Donetsk a list of 11 persons for a possible swap.

"Reading such statements feels like Ukrainian delegation members are living in a parallel universe, not a healthy one. First, we received no lists, neither a month ago, nor a week or a day. Second, we are currently looking for 103 people on Ukraine's territory and regularly request out vis-à-vis information on these people. It is important to understand their status – location, reason behind their detention, condition, etc. Based on this information we can draw a list of people to be exchanged," Morozova explained.

Despite numerous requests, she said, Kiev has not provided any information since early 2020.

Morozova also commented on Kravchuk's statement on the "all for all" exchange saying that this formula is impossible to implement until the conflict is settled, that is why the sides agreed to the "all confirmed for all confirmed" formula.

"Ukraine avoids fulfilling the Minsk Agreements, as a result, the Minsk process is blocked including exchanges," she said. *ot
