Donetsk, Aug 23 – DAN. The Minsk Agreements have become a combination of rules regulating Kiev and Donetsk interaction, said a DPR MP Oleg Onopko speaking at the SEA youth forum in Sedovo.
"The Minsk Agreements are the rules of a game we abide to, to interact with Ukraine. The problem is that we sincerely follow the rules while Ukraine does not. Unlike Kiev we are trustworthy and have proved it to the guarantor countries and the international community."
"Ukrainian politics resort to all possible methods, without any scruples, to justify their inaction in the conflict settlement and their political impotence."
The SEA youth forum in Sedovo opened on July 19. It was first organized in 2016 under the aegis of the DPR Head. Participants are aged 16-35. Three sections are working this year: Young Parlamentaries, I Am A Leader, Volunteerism.*ot
