Donetsk, Nov 10 – DAN. Head of Ukraine’s “Donetsk Region” Security Service (SBU) department Alexander Kuts is connected to the assassination of DPR hero Colonel Arsen Pavlov (best known under his nom de guerre Motorola), DPR Head Aleksander Zakharchenko told reporters on Thursday.
“I’m ready to name those involved in Motorola’s murder. According to our information, head of Ukraine’s “Donetsk Region” Security Service (SBU) department Alexander Kuts and Vitaly Malikov who oversees sabotage and reconnaissance operations in “Donetsk Region" helped to plot the assassination,” Zakharchenko said.
The perpetrators are being identified, he added.
Arsen Pavlov was killed on October, 16th in the blast of an explosive device planted in the hallway of the block of flats in central Donetsk where he lived. Investigation is led by the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of State Security. DPR authorities called the blast a terrorist attack.
